Frequency Therapy from Ancient Times to Today

1. The Healing Power of Sound and Vibration in Ancient Times

The origins of frequency therapy date back as far as human history itself. Ancient Egyptian, Mesopotamian, Greek, and Indian civilizations believed that sound and vibration affected physical balance.

In Egyptian temples, priests used sound resonances to heal the sick. Sounds echoing in specific tones within the inner chambers of the pyramids created a healing vibration field.

In ancient Greece, Pythagoras argued that “everything is a vibration,” combining music and mathematics to introduce the concept of “cosmic harmony.”

In Indian Vedic culture, the “Om” mantra is considered the fundamental vibration of the universe; meditation and mantras were used to balance the body's energy centers (chakras).

These early practices formed the basis of what is now known as “vibrational medicine” or “energy medicine.”
